For each city or region where ProveLocal operates its local OTA a ProveLocal Geofence is established allowing Membership only by residents living within the established geographical area. The ProveLocal Member Residential Address Verification Platform (MRAVP) ensures that only PL Members can view and book our Hotel and Resort Partners special local rate’s and availability at the ProveLocal OTA website.
For each city or region where ProveLocal operates its local OTA a hyperlocal ProveLocal Geofence is established for the city (typically a 20-mile radius from the city center) or for a region (example Cape Cod, Mass). ProveLocal Members must self-certify that their primary residential address lies within the established ProveLocal Geofence for their city or region. ProveLocal verifies this information utilizing a combination of public sources such data from the USPS as well as data from readily available private sources of residential data. ProveLocal updates its MRAVP data weekly to ensure that our ProveLocal Membership eligibility is continuously up-to-date and verified.
ProveLocal works in partnership with its Hotel and Resort Partners offering qualified local-residents access to the Hotel and Resort rooms and amenities at special dedicated ProveLocal rates.
